SAN MATEO (November 21, 2013) – Duck Duck Moose today announced their first free app made for both kids and adults – ChatterPix Kids and ChatterPix. The ChatterPix app will be added to Duck Duck Moose’s award-winning portfolio of 19 educational mobile apps.
ChatterPix gives every photo a voice. The imaginative and easy-to-use app can be used to make anything talk — pets, friends, doodles, and more. Users simply take any photo, draw a line to make a mouth, and record their voice. These talking photos can be shared with friends and family as greetings, messages, cards or even book reports.
“While designing this app, we realized that adults and children were having so much fun creating ChatterPix in their everyday lives, that we decided to make the app available for all ages,” said Caroline Hu Flexer, Co-founder, Duck Duck Moose. “We created two versions of the app since we strongly believe that kids should have separate safe environments to learn and explore freely, without social media.”
Duck Duck Moose specifically made two separate apps: one for kids and one for adults. “ChatterPix Kids” was designed specifically for children under 13 years-old with engaging content for kids, without access to any Social Sharing. “ChatterPix” a separate version designed for adults, includes more age Social Sharing.
ChatterPix Kids and ChatterPix are now available in the App Store.
